Before you submit your Journalist visa application package to us, please contact Media office at the Embassy and get the preapproval, this preapproval can take 5-8 weeks, so plan your trip accordingly:

If you bring some photo and filming equipment the consular legalization of the documents for this equipment is needed. We can provide you this service as well. Our legalization service fee is 160 US regardless of numbers of documents + official fees at the US Department of State and Indonesian embassy that is 135 US per document. Please contact us to get a detailed quote for this additional service.

Visa processing fee. We can arrange this payment on your behalf. In this case we will charge you additionally 5 US (US Bank money order preparation fee) + 4% of the official consular fee as PayPal charge. The payment can be done here: https://washingtondc.wegetvisas.com/node/64
