This visa is single entry only! Limited Stay Visa can be extended or converted to the temporary permit (KIMS/KITAS) once its holder arrives to Indonesia. The Indonesian Limited Stay visa application package must include the following documents:

The original passport with a validity of more than 24 months, (passport must be in good condition, not torn or damaged and has at least ONE visa blank page to affix the visa sticker).

1 photocopy of ID page of the passport.

Two color photographs, recent, of the same drawing, passport format.

Approval letter from the Directorate General of Immigration.

If you travel with kids (under the age of 18), you will need to attached the following documents:
a. Copy of the child’s birth certificate (notarized, we can do this for additional cost 5 US.
b. A Letter of Consent signed by both parents and notarized by a Notary Public.
c. Copies of a Government issued ID such as passport or Driver’s License of both the parents should be attached.

Vaccination (Yellow Fewer) is recommended but not mandatory, and is required only if applicant had previously traveled to areas/ countries infected by yellow fever.
