The Indonesian business visa application package must include the following documents:
- The original SIGNED passport with a validity of more than 6 months, (passport must be in good condition, not torn or damaged and has at least ONE visa blank page to affix the visa sticker).
- Multiple-entry business visa requires an approval from the Directorate General of Immigration. A sponsor/guarantor in Indonesia must submit a request for a multiple-entry business visa to the Directorate General of Immigration through this link← Multiple-entry business visa is only issued upon approval from the Directorate General of Immigration.
- 1 photocopy of ID page of the passport.
- Visa application form, properly completed online, please click on this link←Please be advised that uploaded photo at the online visa application form must be the same that you would provide us later by mail with other paperwork.
- Two color photographs, recent, of the same drawing, passport format.
- Invitation letter from your business partner in Indonesia, briefly describing the purpose of the visit.
- Letter of intent from sponsor in Indonesia, guaranteeing all transportation and living expenses that will incur in Indonesia.
- Copy of inbound and outbound travel itinerary or a letter from travel agents, airline, steamship company, confirming the purchase of tickets.
- For Non-US citizen: Please provide a copy of US Permanent Residence/Visa/Valid I-20 from schools/universities.
- Vaccination (Yellow Fewer) is recommended but not mandatory, and is required only if applicant had previously traveled to areas/ countries infected by yellow fever.
- Record of Travel in the last 14 Days.
- Health certificate issued by health authority that stated applicant is fit for travel and free from respiratory infection symptoms

- Prepaid return envelope or we can do it for you for additional cost.
