The Work Ghana visa application package must include the following documents:
- The original signed passport with a validity of more than 6 months, (passport must be in good condition, not torn or damaged and has at least ONE visa blank page to affix the visa sticker).
- 2 Visa application forms, properly completed, to download the form please click on this link←
- Two color photographs, recent, of the same drawing, passport format.
- Copy of flight and hotel reservation. The full name of the applicant has to be on this itinerary.
- For Non-US citizen: Please provide a copy of US Permanent Residence card (both sides) /Visa/Valid I-20 from schools/universities ( full time), Letter of Employment on the company letterhead, for self-employed people - business license or business registration indicating the applicant’s name.
- Letter from applicant’s company (if applicable) indicating the applicant’s position, length of employment, salary, purpose of visit(s) to Ghana and length of stay in Ghana.
- Letter of invitation from hiring companies in Ghana (employer) indicating length of stay (period of stay), amount of entries. This letter has to be on the Company official letterhead, briefly describing the scope of work to be conducted in Ghana. The letter has to include the full local address and phone number of the company or organization you will be working. The copy of Ghana Government issued photo-ID for the person who signs this letter needs to be provided. If this person a Non-Ghanaian please include copy of his/ her Resident Permit and bio-data page of his/her passport.
- Vaccination (Yellow Fewer) is mandatory, Please enclose the copy of the certificate.
- Temporary requirement: Health certificate issued by health authority that stated applicant is fit for travel and free from respiratory infection symptoms. This Health Certificate has to be presented on arrival and issued 72 hours prior to the travel date and stating that traveler is not infected with COVID-19 and does not have any symptoms of COVID-19.
